To speed checkout and track your order history, create an account by clicking on the "LOGIN" icon on the top right side of the page.
The menu appears across the top of all pages. The menu identifies the main product categories, if you hover over the category the sub-categories will appear in the drop-down. Note: If you click the main category all products will be displayed. If you hover and then click the sub-category the sub-categories will be displayed.
Select the desired product category and start shopping. Or, you can use the search function located on the top middle of the page. To the left of the search box you can select the dropdown to narrow your search.
Follow the instructions for providing delivery information and selecting a payment method for your purchase.
We will process your order within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended due to holidays and the current COVID situation.
IMPORTANT: Delivery time is not included in the processing time. Delivery times are based on availability of the products and can range from 2 days and in some cases up to 90 days after order processing. However most orders are delivered within 20 days.

We strive to insure your order is quality checked and complete at the time of shipment. However, some product may be shipped from separate location and may arrive at different times. If this occurs you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Your order can be cancelled but only if the order has not shipped. You must contact us to request a cancellation.

We offer free shipping. Under normal circumstances there are no additional shipping charges. However, some of our suppliers may charge additional shipping charge for additional items. If this happens you will be notified prior to fulfilling your order. If you have any question regarding multi item orders, contact us.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product is damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, from the day the item is received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email us at support@kayakgadgets.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly encouraged to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When a returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying the customer of the refund status.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
